Terms of Service
In an effort to maintain the highest quality and service that I can provide, products listed for sale are manufactured and distributed through Shapeways. When you click an item to purchase on my website, you will be directed to the item page I have set up on their platform to select the material, finger size, and checkout.
I order samples of each design to inspect and make sure that I am happy with the quality before they are listed for sale. Due to the nature of mass production, there may be a slight variance from my product photos depending on the polish and application of the antiquing of each piece.
If there are any issues or manufacturing defects, contact Shapeways Customer Service. They will work to resolve the problem, and they will contact me if it is something I need to adjust on my end.
